The position will support a team that works across the CSDM organization to deliver unified solutions, respond to business critical requests, serve as an engagement manager for ICS vendors, and support Cyber policy and metrics communication and development.--The successful candidate will: -- --

  • Convert ambiguous information or problems into defined plans and lead the solutions in a way that provides incremental value
  • Build and leverage relationships across teams and organizations.
  • Be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs in a fast paced environment
  • Ensure Third Party Risk Management program and performance requirements are met for ICS Third PartiesKey Responsibilities Include:
    • Develop effective relationships to further division goals and alignments across various stakeholder groups
    • Interact with business partners to understand report requirements. --
    • Create solution recommendations. -- --
    • Ensure cross team support issues are tracked and have a timely and accurate resolution. --
    • Assist with regulatory, risk and audit responses as necessary
    • Document alternate (opposing) views of an issue, communicate these views, and facilitate resolution of differences based on developing consensus.----
    • Assist with ad hoc Cyber Security related reports and presentation, tailoring based on intended audience.
    • Provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.
    • Communicate and determine impacts of policy changes, as well as solicit policy changes
    • Develop and enhance metrics supporting cyber defense and monitoring and conduct research on related questions that arise--
    • Manage a portfolio of ICS engagement and relationships to Third Party Risk requirements.
    • Provide tertiary support for business unit BCP as necessaryRequired Qualifications
      • 7+ years of technology experience
      • 5+ years of vendor management experience
      • 2+ years of information security experience
      • 2+ years of experience with policy management processesDesired Qualifications
        • Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
        • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
        • Ability to translate complex technical needs into straightforward requests for information and collaboration, working with a wide range of people
        • Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases
        • Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or Jira
        • Knowledge and understanding of establishing or managing cyber threat management capabilities and functions
        • 1+ year of risk and regulatory compliance experience
        • Ability to determine and report priorities/metrics to senior management
        • Exposure to Wells Fargo s Shared Risk Platform (SHRP)
        • Experience managing Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documents
        • Experience with process mapping tools such as Tibco, Visio, Visio Pro, iGrafx or IBM Blueworks LiveJob Expectations
