: The "Job Title" originates and leads practices and objectives
that will provide an employee-oriented, performance culture that
emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal
attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a
superior workforce in a family-oriented culture. In addition, the
HR Manager will play a key role in the day-to day administration of
the Human Resource function. Salary: $13- $15 based on experience
Weekly Responsibilities - 50% Exhibit solid customer service skills
answering inbound phone calls, processing approximately 30 orders a
day via phone, fax and email, responding to customer inquiries.
Must demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
Provide knowledge of over 30,000 products and services offered.
Must be able to clarify requests, answer questions and provide
information and quotes on mathematical conversions, promotions,
products and pricing. Process data entry of orders, maintain
calendar and email using Outlook. Use effective telephone skills to
up-sell products and programs offered by H&S. Monthly
Responsibilities - 40% Help expedite the resolution of customer
problems and complaints. Discern when to elevate to management if
necessary. Supply management with written documentation on customer
needs and the potential for new products and services. Respond to
Chats in a timely and professional manner insuring proper grammar,
clear and concise responses. Demonstrate initiative and the ability
to prioritize job responsibilities. Coordinates sales efforts with
management, outside sales, accounting, logistics and all department
supervisors as needed. Research all sources for developing new
customers and determine their potential by utilizing our lead
generation program. Annual Responsibilities - 10% Exhibit solid

a positive attitude Excellent communication abilities - essential
to the position Minimum typing speed 40 WPM. Strong multi-tasker;
ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously Team
Player, Creative thinker, strong problem solving skills Ability to
maintain composure in stressful situations Self-starter, possesses
a desire to grow, learn and develop Adept, capable and demonstrable
computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications -
especially Word, Excel & Outlook Must have good understanding of
weights and measures. IE: Ounce, grams, inches and millimeters
along with ability to perform simple math equations. High school
