Duration: 8 Months (temp-to-perm)

The candidates we are looking for should have:

• 
  
• Strong Excel skills (filters, building pivot tables, updating existing complex time sheets with formulas already in place -without overwriting formulas, etc.)
  
• Time management - we work in a very fast past, although training may start off slower, they will need to maintain a fast past once through training.
  
• Organized
  
• Strong work ethic - self starter
  
• Billing experiences a huge plus (Federal billing)
  
• Technology proficient - many tasks are handled via teams and our internal software when communicating with project operations group.
  
• Temp to perm. Due to the nature of Federal billing, the selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.

  Note: This is a hybrid, but the first month or 2 will need to be in the office to train. Then a 50/50 hybrid schedule can be discussed.
