As a Senior Mortgage Collections Analyst, you will monitor and
convey collections performance for the mortgage portfolio; work to
design segmentation and operational treatment strategies to drive
incremental long-term continuous improvement. Working closely with
Collections Leadership and Vendor Performance management you will
evolve outreach strategies and placement strategies to increase
customer response and positively impact loss performance. The
position requires you to conduct performance recon analytical
routines to identify opportunities, ad-hoc analytics to formulate
new strategies and be a subject matter expert that advises our
businesses on how to enhance loss performance, improve expenses and
implement best practices that inspire and advocate for our Citizens
brand.
To be a successful Sr. Mortgage Collections Analyst, you will
also:
Prepare and present collections performance findings and action
items to leaders in Strategies, Collections, Credit and Product
Owners
Conceptualize and oversee strategy deployment enhancements to
improve collections, and loss mitigation.
Maintain and enhance robust performance tracking and reporting.
Work closely with the collections and loss mitigation operational
teams to effectively diagnose performance drivers and propose
optimal improvements.
Partner with Credit Risk product teams to measure financial
impacts.
Required qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in the mortgage product
3-5 years of experience in collections or default servicing
analytics
SAS / Enterprise Guide / SQL or other data mining experience
Strong statistical background and experience in measuring
operational strategies.
Strong organization and project management skills and the ability
to work with various internal stakeholders
Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills coupled
with advanced MS Office skills particularly with PowerPoint.
Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all
levels and functions.
Able to thrive and prioritize in a changing environment.
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative study preferred (Math, Finance,
Science etc.)
Experience with (Black Knight, MSP)
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F 8-5

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $97,500-$125,000, plus an
opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is
based on various factors including but not limited to the work
location, and relevant skills and experience.
