10%Type of Travel: Local* * *CACI is seeking a Financial Reporting
Senior Manager to join our corporate finance team in Reston, VA. As
a Senior Manager you will support the Executive Director with
leading the Financial Reporting team and provide/apply your
expertise and knowledge of SEC reporting.Responsibiities:Manage the
preparation and review of financial statements, footnote
disclosures, and MD&A for quarterly SEC filings (10-Q/Ks),
including the XBRL tagging process.Prepare monthly consolidated
internal financial statements, including balance sheets, income
statements, and cash flow statements.Review disclosures to ensure
compliance with US GAAP/SEC regulations, including share-based
compensation, earnings per share, segment reporting, revenue,
leases, debt and equity transactions, non-GAAP reporting, amongst
other topics.Collaborate with various teams, including finance,
tax, legal, investor relations, and external auditors, to ensure
timely and accurate financial reporting.Execute and maintain
internal controls over financial reporting.Assist in the
preparation of financial information communicated to senior
management, board of directors, and investors.Keep abreast of
current developments in accounting standards and SEC
regulations.Manage, develop, and supervise a high-performing team
while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages
professional growth and continuous improvement.Participate in
strategic projects, as necessary.Proactively work with auditors and
advisors on key accounting and reporting issues.Look for
opportunities to evolve the reporting
processQualifications:Required:10+ years of financial reporting
experience with public companiesActive CPA license
requiredProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and
PowerPointExperience working with financial reporting and
consolidation systems/tools (e.g., Costpoint, Oracle FCCS, Workiva,
research software, etc.)Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules,
including non-GAAP reportingExperience managing direct
reportsStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-taskStrong
communication skills, including writing accounting disclosures
supporting public filingsDesired:Mix of prior Big 4 experience and
industry experienceFederal contracting industry accounting
experience preferredExperience with XBRL tagging and SEC filing
software.An advanced degree (MBA or Masters in Accounting)**This
position requires the employee to work on average 3 days a week in
the Reston, VA office with a hybrid, flexible

Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary
including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal
Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates,
relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies,
