Opportunities for growth/advancement Great benefits Family culture Hybrid options Job Details About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks expertise and a solid understanding of accounting principles. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial planning, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and payroll Maintain the general ledger and ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly Manage sales tax filings, 1099s, and other regulatory reporting Collaborate with external CPA for audits and tax filings Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures Maintain organized financial records and documentation Managing Family Trust and its entities Qualifications: 3 years of experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or similar role Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop) Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices Excellent organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and problem-solving skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred) Interested in hearing more?
