Job Description Job Description Auterion is seeking a Senior
Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting operations of a
rapidly scaling, global organization. This is a newly created role
and a key contributor to maintaining accurate financial records and
supporting our first global external audit under US GAAP. In this
role, you will be responsible for executing core close activities,
maintaining balance sheet integrity, and supporting audit readiness
in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. You will work
closely with accounting leadership, FP&A, tax, and operations
to ensure timely, accurate, and well-supported financial reporting
in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. This position is ideal for a
detail-oriented accountant who enjoys hands-on execution, thrives
in complexity, and wants exposure to enterprise-level accounting.
Responsibilities and Duties Execute month-end close activities,
including journal entries and reconciliations across multiple
entities, including cash, prepaids, accruals, payroll, etc.
Maintain clear and complete supporting documentation for all
journal entries and reconciliations Support the close calendar by
tracking dependencies, deadlines, and completion status Prepare and
maintain balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
Monitor and analyze general ledger activity to ensure compliance
with US GAAP Assist with preparation of financial reporting
packages used for internal management and business performance
reviews Partner with FP&A to provide accurate actuals and
explanations for forecasting and budgeting purposes Support the
company's first global consolidated external audit, including
preparation of audit schedules, PBC support, and follow-up
responses. Collaborate with accounting leadership and
cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and system
efficiency. Support enhancements to the NetSuite environment,
including reporting, workflows, and module adoption tied to
corporate initiatives. Identify opportunities to reduce manual
effort and improve data quality through better systems usage and
controls. Work closely cross-functionally to ensure accruals and
estimates are reasonable, supportable, and complete. Qualifications
and Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
field; CPA certification required. 4-7 years of experience in
corporate operational, preferably in a tech, manufacturing, or
high-growth environment. Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, with
mutli-entity experience Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g.,
NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. Experience in
accounting processes in a high-growth or start-up environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and
ability to work cross-functionally. US Citizenship required.
