following job description: Motivate and lead a closing team to
ensure pipeline metrics and quality goals are executed with
sustained success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Following
is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties
may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned
below. Specific activities may change from time to time. Lead and
manage assigned closers to ensure that pipeline metrics and quality
guidelines are met. Provide day?to?day oversight of Vendor
Component Closing activities to ensure timely, accurate, and
compliant execution of loan closings. Lead and manage vendor
closing performance, including quality, turn times, issue
resolution, and adherence to established controls and service level
expectations. Manage the centralized funding team, ensuring funding
accuracy, segregation of duties, and compliance with all funding
controls and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary
escalation point for vendor component closings and funding?related
issues, coordinating resolution across internal partners and
external vendors. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of
Mortgage Lending products, policies, processes, and their required
documentation. Ensure the adherence to all appropriate risk
management policies, procedures, controls and compliance
regulations. Monitor closing trends and provide appropriate
feedback, coaching and/or training as needed. Develop team’s
relationship with other operational departments and sales. Act as
an escalation point between settlement agents/attorneys, other
operational departments and sales. Resolve or coordinate the
resolution of client service related closing problems. Recruit,
develop, mentor and retain high-performing teammates to ensure
ongoing success in meeting department goals. Adhere to all
compliance regulations. Manage day-to-day operations of assigned
closers. Qualifications Required Qualifications: The requirements

Three or more years of banking or financial services experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent
education and related training. Excellent Communication skills,
both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external
clients. Strong Analytical skills. Detail oriented and goal driven.
Demonstrates proficiency in basic computer applications, such as
mortgage automated processing systems and Microsoft Office software
products. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight. Preferred
Qualifications: Three to five years of closing experience. Three to
five years of Supervisory/Management experience. Understanding of
all program guidelines to include FHA/VA/Bond. General Description
