AutomotiveRECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ASSISTANTWe are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Office Assistant and Cashier with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will serve as a crucial customer service touchpoint, receiving calls into the collision center, determining the nature of the caller's business, and directing the caller to their destination. This position will also require basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable.The ideal candidate will have collision center experience and proficiency using Microsoft Excel.     • Calculate the customer's bill using the collision center computer system
    • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
    • Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
    • Answer phones, direct consumer to the proper department, and follow up in a timely manner
    • Check customers in and out
    • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
    • Assist the manager with various clerical duties as needed
    • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
    • Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficientlyQualifications:
      • Friendly, professional disposition
      • Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel
      • Professional personal appearance
      • Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus
      • Ability to pass a background screening, including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, and verification of Social Security numberJob Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:
