Job Description:

Local client seeking hands on, proactive Administrative Support Professional. The right candidate will be well-versed in a variety of office protocols, in support of executive management personnel.



Duties:



Will be first point of contact, with the ability to answer or respond to inquires in a professional and knowledge manner. Will be responsible for creating and maintaining correspondence with internal and external clients. Filing, conferencing coordination, mail processing, and maintaining meeting agendas will be a portion of the responsibilities for the dynamic individual that takes on this position.
