constructing an advanced manufacturing facility for monoclonal
antibodies, bioconjugates, and aseptic drug product manufacturing
in Goochland County, Virginia. This facility is intended to provide
capacity for current and future products. This is a unique
opportunity to be a part of the leadership team for the startup of
a manufacturing site, and the successful candidate will help to
build the organization, the facility, and the culture to enable a
successful startup into GMP manufacturing operations. Position
Overview: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing
administrative support to the API Plant. Responsibilities:
Facilitate internal and external communications, including
preparing presentations and meeting minutes. Respond to customer
inquiries and requests. Manage leaders’ calendars, scheduling both
ad hoc and recurring meetings, often coordinating with other
departments. Maintain shared information systems, including monthly
metrics and reports. Keep organizational charts current and ensure
delivery to QA/library. Process accounts payable invoices and
distribute incoming mail. Coordinate employee office moves and
maintain office equipment. Perform general administrative tasks
such as faxing, photocopying, and ordering supplies. Support travel
arrangements and meeting logistics. Act as a liaison for computer
and software support. Serve as backup for other administrative
staff. Participate in area-specific administrative projects. Basic
Requirements: High School Diploma 2 years of administrative support
experience "Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the
United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support

supporting executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Effective
written and verbal communication across all levels. Problem-solving

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $18.02 - $35.43
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company
bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
