Job Description:

We are seeking a Part-time experienced Property Caretaker for an apartment building in Chesapeake, VA for the general upkeep and light maintenance of our building. * Caretaker unit available on site (not required) - RENT FREE Here's what you'll be doing: Maintain a clean and safe environment Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs Do all duties related to unit turnovers Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks Implement required unit and building inspections Perform routine errands Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work Qualifications: One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs Work independently Effective communicate orally and in writing.
