Staff – Harley-Davidson Join our Harley-Davidson Service Department
as a Porter & Facilities Support Staff Member and help us keep the
shop running smoothly! We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented
individuals who are passionate about motorcycles and enjoy working
in a hands-on, team-driven environment. Responsibilities · Move,
clean, and organize motorcycles in the service area and lot. ·
Support service advisors and technicians with motorcycle staging
and preparation. · Maintain shop and customer area cleanliness and
safety. · Assist with loading and unloading motorcycles for service
appointments. · Provide exceptional support to the service team and
customers. · Perform basic handyman and maintenance tasks such as
light repairs, painting, minor plumbing fixes, fixture replacement,
and furniture setup Qualifications · High school diploma or
equivalent required. · Valid motorcycle license required. · Ability
to safely operate and maneuver full size pickup truck with a
20-foot trailer. · Prior experience in a dealership or powersports
environment preferred. · Ability to safely handle and maneuver
motorcycles of various sizes and weights. · Strong attention to
detail and organizational skills. · Ability to work in a
fast-paced, team-oriented environment. · Professional, reliable,
and customer-service minded. · Ability to work flexible hours,
including weekends and occasional evenings. · Positive attitude and

evenings as required. Requirements ADA Essential Duties · Ability
to push, pull, and maneuver motorcycles weighing up to 900 pounds
(with assistance). · Ability to stand, walk, and move around the
dealership for extended periods. · Ability to lift and carry up to
50 pounds occasionally. · Ability to work outdoors in varying
weather conditions. · Maintain regular and predictable
attendance.
