As a Handyman, you will be responsible for handling both small repairs and larger maintenance projects, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents and clients. Responsibilities Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general household systems. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repairs, and flooring work. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or property managers. Maintain accurate records of work completed and supplies used. Assist with project management tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques. Ability to operate hand and power tools safely. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
