seeking an outgoing, customer-focused individual to join our team
as Entry-Level Customer Service Representative . In this role, you
will work on-site at promotional events , engage with consumers,
and support clients in delivering unforgettable brand experiences.
This is a hands-on, people-centric position perfect for those
passionate about customer service, event execution, and promotional
marketing. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist event attendees
with professionalism and enthusiasm Represent client brands
confidently while delivering key promotional messages Provide
excellent customer service and support at live outreach events
Execute promotional tactics including sampling, demos, and consumer
engagement Collect customer feedback to help improve event outcomes
Report event activity and outcomes to supervisors accurately Why
