Andy Frain Services, a leader in security solutions focused on the aviation and events sectors, is seeking an experienced Licensed Security Guard to join our team. This role requires a highly vigilant, reliable, and dedicated individual who will play a critical part in safeguarding our clients' premises, assets, and personnel. Through specialized training and customer-focused security planning, our guards ensure safety while providing a welcoming and professional environment. Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules, ensuring secure and safe environment. Conduct regular patrols of designated areas either on foot or in company vehicles. Manage access points and control entry and exit of individuals, preventing unauthorized access. Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as part of access control duties. Respond to alarms and emergencies with a calm, prompt, and efficient manner. Enforce property rules and regulations as required by Andy Frain Services and the client. Write and submit security reports to record daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Offer directions or informational assistance to staff, visitors, and customers. Proficiency in security systems and technology Strong surveillance and observation skills Conflict resolution and crisis management abilities Effective communication skills Ability to perform physical tasks and walk long distances Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Security Guard License First Aid and CPR Certification preferred State-required training and certification completed
