School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed
Massachusetts-licensed school psychologist is needed to provide
essential support to high school students within a school setting.
This full-time contract role offers a career opportunity to
contribute directly to the academic and emotional well-being of
students during the current school year. Location: Amherst, MA
Position Type: Contract, Full Time (35 hours/week) Duration: ASAP
to 6/25/2026 Setting: High School Key Responsibilities: Deliver
comprehensive psychological services, including assessments,
evaluations, and counseling to support student learning and mental
health. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to
develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
tailored to student needs. Provide consultation to school staff
regarding student behavior and emotional development. Participate
in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to data-driven
decision-making processes. Maintain accurate records and comply
with state and district regulations. Qualifications and Experience:
Active Massachusetts School Psychologist license is required (a
screenshot of the license is required upon application). Proven
experience working in a school-based setting, preferably at the
high school level. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to
work effectively with diverse student populations and school staff.
Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive psychological
assessments and to develop appropriate intervention strategies.
Reliable transportation is necessary for timely arrival and

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.51 to $65.00.
