Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to provide essential therapeutic services within school
settings. This role involves traveling to multiple educational
facilities around Richmond, VA, allowing for a dynamic work
environment and the chance to impact diverse student populations.
Responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive speech and
language evaluations for students Developing and implementing
individualized treatment plans Collaborating with educators,
parents, and other professionals to support student communication
goals Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy strategies
as needed Maintaining accurate records and documentation in
compliance with school policies and regulations Traveling to
various school locations within the Richmond area to deliver
therapy services Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working within school
environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of speech and
language development milestones and disorders Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with
students, families, and school staff Ability to manage travel
requirements and adapt to different school settings Familiarity
with current assessment tools and treatment methodologies for
pediatric populations Location: Richmond, VA (travel between
