Description:Hiring for a Manufacturing Engineers/Industrial Engineers to help Material Flow Process Improvement Projects throughout the plant. What we re looking for: The Manufacturing Engineer utilizes technology to improve, streamline, and automate manufacturing processes. They are responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring of such technology.What you will be responsible for in this role:Identification of new opportunities for automation within the manufacturing processDesigning new automation equipment or processesSimulating and testing these processes or equipment to ensure they function as desiredWriting reports for outlining new concepts, testing outcomes, and ongoing efficiencyProgramming new automated components to the manufacturing processDeveloping and maintaining clear and accurate documentation of automation equipment or processesStaff training where necessary - typically after implementing new processes or equipment, or making changes to existing onesTroubleshooting automated processes or equipment when errors occurManagement of a project team for more complex designs and implementationsSkills:manufacturing engineering, process engineering, quality, lean manufacturing, PFEP, Quality engineering, Quality management, Supplier quality, Quality assurance, pfmea, industrial engineering, manufacturing operations, tooling design, assembly design, bill of materials, power biTop Skills Details:manufacturing engineering,process engineering,quality,lean manufacturing,PFEPAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVES: Experience within a manufacturing setting, specifically within experience with material flow process improvement projects. They specifically need experience with PFEP (Place For Every Part) within a manufacturing setting. Ideal state is someone with 2-5 years of that experience.
