Description:We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Automation Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems for manufacturing and industrial equipment.Location Near; Boiling Springs, SCRelocation Package is availableKey Responsibilities:
Design and develop automated systems for manufacturing and industrial equipment in a industrial manufacturing setting.
Supervise projects and 3rd party contractors, ensuring all deliverables are met within established timelines.
Work with customers to identify their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing and maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of projects, including drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Collaborate with equipment suppliers and outside contractors to ensure successful implementation of automated systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems to ensure optimal performance.Requirements/Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years industrial electrical design experience, in manufacturing. Beginners with strong potential may be considered and would receive appropriate training.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and a proven ability to set and achieve goals with minimum supervision and be able to develop positive relationships with customers.
Be well organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have proven collaboration skills. Previous project management experience or team leadership experience is preferred.
Have the ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues. Both written and verbal communication skills are important.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in dealings with outside contractors and equipment suppliers.
Experience with AutoCAD Electrical (the latest version) and PLC programming (Allen-Bradley) is required.
