Project Engineering Manager - Fortune 500 Manufacturing Company
- Richmond, VAAs a Project Engineering Manager, you will play a
pivotal role in supporting growth, optimizing manufacturing
processes, and enhancing productivity. Your primary responsibility
will be overseeing the meticulous planning, development, and
execution of capital projects. This entails spearheading technical
advancements, providing feasibility insights into engineering
endeavors across the supply chain, and ensuring the flawless
implementation of capital expenditure projects that adhere to the
highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental
sustainability.Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 + 6-8% Annual
Bonus, 401k 6% match Medical, Dental, Vision. Merit increases. 20
Collaborating with key stakeholders to delineate and execute the
capital and technical agenda during the developmental phase of mid
to large-scale capital investment projects. This involves
delivering accurate budgets, comprehensive plans, and technically
Formulating and managing the capital budget in accordance with
contractual agreements while forecasting cash flow projections.
Enforcing engineering standards and spearheading the implementation
of cutting-edge processes and equipment strategies to optimize
resource allocation, standardize assets, and propagate best

Minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience, preferably in
a Manufacturing environment.
At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Supply Chain
operations, including plant management.
Prior experience in training and mentoring.
Proficiency in Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma Methodologies
with a focus on IIM (Early Management Pillar).
Familiarity with designing equipment to meet industry
Travel requirement: Less than 20%.
