This role pays $22–$30/hour , plus bonuses , and offers a Monday to Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, with occasional extended hours to finish jobs. Our technicians start their day at our central location before heading out to job sites! What You Bring to the Table: High school diploma or equivalent 1 years of experience as an HVAC installer Physical ability to handle up to 100 lbs and work in varied conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Dependability, mechanical aptitude, and a self-motivated team mindset Willingness to work occasional overtime, nights, and weekends EPA certification is preferred but not required Your Climb, Your Day: Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and gas/refrigerant lines per specifications Wire low and high voltage systems; solder and braze refrigerant lines Pre-measure jobs, load materials, and verify all equipment before installation Ensure quality workmanship while following company policies and safety standards Maintain professional conduct, accurate paperwork, and clear communication with customers and team WHY WE EXIST: Having over 20 years of experience in the industry, we've continuously met the residential heating and air conditioning needs of our community-whether it's repair, replacement, maintenance, or improving indoor air quality.
