We proudly serve the Hampton Roads region, helping restaurants, retailers, and commercial facilities stay operational, efficient, and compliant. We are currently seeking a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to join our growing team. What You’ll Do · Service and repair commercial refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines, and self-contained units · Inspect HVAC and refrigeration equipment to ensure safety, performance, and reliability. · Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs · Install, repair, adjust, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment · Perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning coils, changing filters, and system inspections · Troubleshoot compressors, metering devices, split systems (2–4 tons), and refrigerant controls · Work with electrical motor controls, including contactors, starters, relays, disconnects, and thermostats · Maintain accurate service documentation and preventative maintenance schedules · Communicate clearly with customers regarding system status, repairs, and recommendations · Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely job completion What We’re Looking For ? Experience servicing commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment ? Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills ? Electrical and mechanical knowledge ? Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently ? Professional communication and customer service skills ?
