Job Description:
Phase One primarily focused on the Finance piece, time keeping
and scheduling. Phase Two will focus on most of the other modules
to include,RecruitmentSuccession planningLearning and
DevelopmentBenefitsLooking for a PM that is tech savvy and
comfortable with looking at a system and understanding how all the
pieces and parts fit together. Should have some form of system
configuration experience.This PM will manage relationship with
Kronos team which has had its challenges. For example, they were
told the system has the ability to generate an offer letter and
sign it through the system ,but this feature does not work. Kronos
SMEs are junior and working to resolve the problem as in learning
as they go. Triaging this type of thing and using a heavy hand to
manage vendor will be important. Training will also be needed. We
are hoping this PM can support training team on the new modules.
This will require creating and/or tweaking the training
documentation Kronos has already. They have about 50 total on the
leadership team that would need training. Current Project Manage
tool they use is Freedcamp
