Job Description:
Our client provides a full range of market-leading wireless
solutions, including iDAS, next generation Wi-Fi, and more. Their
strong commitment to long-term customer relationships has earned
them a strong market reputation. They are hiring a Vice President
of Enterprise Sales to develop a national sales strategy and
increase company revenue of DAS, telecom, and IoT-enabling
networks. This Vice President of Enterprise Sales will manage high
customer demand in the areas of wireless network solutions. This
person will build strong, long-term relationships with enterprise
customers to ultimately enable sales opportunities and maintain
contracts. They will be responsible for leading a small sales team
while simultaneously building out new sales strategies and support

a sales strategy for a company at the top of the industry, with the
backing necessary to make it a success.Focus:* Approach and build
relationships with enterprises for wireless solutions, including
managed services, solution design, deployment, commissioning new
systems, and long-term maintenance contracts.* Leverage background
in startups to solidify sales strategy and create recurring revenue
streams.* Utilize use cases to sell solutions, rather than fixing
coverage problems.* Manage the enterprise sales team. Support
training, enable strategy, and create a team of highly capable
account managers.* Leverage their insights within business
development and client relationships to identify areas for
improvement within sales strategy.* Meet with top prospects to
deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.*
Manage long sales cycle from end to end, and hand off completed
deals to post-sales and deployment team.* Identify and prospect new
clients at the enterprise level. Prospect venue owners to upsell
and cross-sell services and solutions.* Uphold top-level SLAs for
enterprise relationships.* Present 5G, managed connectivity, shared
spectrum, CBRS, and IoT solutions to key decision-makers and sell
the benefits of the solution.* Coordinate with Engineering,
R&D, and other internal team members to develop ideal solutions
proposals in response to for each company's unique set of business
goals.* Lead the sales development team by establishing market
share and creating lead generation.Skill Set:* 10+ years of
experience in sales leadership, with a concentration on enterprise
wireless and managed service solutions.* 5+ years of experience
managing sales teams - ability to lead by example and build
effective business development and account management teams.*
Background in the telecom/wireless industry. Must have
entrepreneurial or start-up experience with proven success in
building recurring revenue streams.* Strong technical skills in the
following:* DAS, including cellular/public safety DAS* Wi-Fi* Small
Cells* Shared spectrum* Managed connectivity* Private networks*
Master's degree in a related field preferred, Bachelor's accepted.*
Thorough understanding of connectivity/telecom use cases for
various industries including IoT, public safety, smart buildings,
healthcare, education, entertainment, hospitality, manufacturing,
and logistics.* Ability to lead with vision - creating a plan and
establishing buy-in from sales team to develop the idea into
reality.* Comfortable talking to decision-makers in a wide range of
industries. Ability to build off prior book of business preferred.*
Excellent written communication and technical presentation
skills.
