Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree
Multi-site responsibility
Managing an indirect staff of more than 1000 employees
A minimum of 15 years manufacturing industry experience in
either:
oChemical
oRefinery
oOil and gas
oIron or Steel
Experience in restructuring plants to include:
oOrganization Design
oFacility Enhancement
oand an underperforming work force
Union experience is a big plus.
Experience in:
oEHS
oTechnology
oReliability
oOperations
Maintenance and reliability experience
Responsibilities:
Managing more than one thousand employees in multiple sites
Develop and mentor future site leaders
Develop business strategy and goal setting
Promote continuous improvement
Accountable for EHS with a goal of zero injuries
Accountable for full compliance with regulatory requirements
Company Paid Nationwide Relocation
Base plus bonus plus stock options
