The impact you'll make:You'll drive forward our mission of financial inclusion by shaping and implementing policies, tools, and features that reward and grow with our customers through our line increase program. You will do this by…

  • Identifying customer needs related to line management - where are we not meeting the bar?
  • Ensuring your stakeholders have the tools and data necessary to construct and manage these credit policies
  • Defining policy rules as they are to be implemented within our microservices
  • Advocating for the customer
  • Balancing the critical goals of delivering exceptional experiences to our customers, managing portfolio risk, and supporting portfolio growth You'll thrive in this role if:
    • You are customer obsessed, and focus on solving for customer needs rather than executing against initiatives
    • You have 3+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in a highly regulated space such as Fintech
    • You have a quantitative, analytical, and data driven background
    • You have previous experience partnering with technical stakeholders such as Data Science and Analytics teams
    • You can rally cross-functional teams around a customer-centric vision and goals
    • You actively seek out multiple opinions, yet make independent decisions and influence positive outcomes
