Job Description:


1. STAFF MANAGEMENT-- Oversee daily activities of CDDS team (Domestic Services) to maximize utilization of resources to increase productivity and profitability of operations. -- Review ongoing performance of CDDS and take corrective action as needed.-- Promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate. Maximize productivity and efficiency/effectiveness and foster a team environment of collaboration, teamwork, and quality. -- Recruit, train, maintain, and motivate business-orientated individuals accountable for the achievement of corporate and individual targets, ensures that comprehensive performance appraisal and development opportunities are provided in accordance with the Company's Human Resources strategy and employment policies.-- Influence and/or recommend staffing decisions. -- Develop and control multidisciplinary teams to ensure that action plans are implemented, and changes achieved that will support our customers as well as our core objectives. -- Ensure staff is cross trained to broaden their skills and to provide quality back up during vacation or sick leave. -- Coordinate vacation time, personal days and customer visits. -- Delegate tasks and projects to the CDDS Team and take responsibility to ensure that the tasks are completed as planned.-- Lead in the development of strategies, policies, and processes across all functions that will help to achieve the company's mission and core objectives.-- Develop close working relationships with other key functions in the organization to keep them aware of, and seek their views on, proposed organizational changes to ensure that there is a coordinated approach to these.2. REPORTING AND ANALYTICS-- Ensure reporting for new customers are being addressed and executed appropriately.-- Oversee Key Performance Metrics for accounts to ensure customer expectations and CDDS deliverables are clear and outlined.-- Run monthly customer reports for revenue recognition.-- Update and oversee customer weekly scorecard data to ensure all SLA's are being met or exceeded.3. ORGANIZATIONAL & COMPUTER SKILLS-- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.-- Manage travel and costs in line with business development requirements and company guidelines.-- Provide regular update reports to management (as requested).-- Some travel required (15%).PI180498229
