US.*ICF's Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing,
entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking an IT Project
Manager. Our team is a leading provider of Digital Transformation
services for Federal agencies. Our services focus on enabling
agency mission and business transformation using industry-leading
low-code platforms, mobile applications, robotics process
automation, and data analytics platforms. We are partnered with
some of the world's leading and most innovative companies like
Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and UiPath. We focus on offering
a full range of architecture and planning, system implementation,
integration, analytics, and O for our customers. We are currently
seeking to hire an IT Project Manager to lead our cloud application
development projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for
working closely with the Program Manager to deliver client
engagements by leading multiple scrum teams and specific tasks for
company-wide projects (internal).The ideal candidate will be a
seasoned leader who combines an entrepreneurial mindset and
practical 'get it done' work style with deep subject matter
expertise in Agile IT application delivery. As the Project Manager,
the candidate will be responsible to direct and guide an
experienced team of software developers, build shippable products
and be responsible for managing Agile best practices using
Scrum.The candidate should possess superb communication,
analytical, and time management skills. In addition, the candidate
must demonstrate the ability and desire to continually learn Cloud
technologies; must have an analytical and problem-solving way of
thought; must have an overall flexible, and enthusiastic
personality.Responsibilities:Project Delivery
ResponsibilitiesInitiate, plan, execute, monitor & control projects
in accordance with established standardsEngage with client
leadership to ensure proper expectation settingsManage project
teams' daily activities, projects, and tasks to focus on adhering
to best practices, high standards, and on-time delivery to the
customer.Work with the team to develop project plans, roadmaps and
manage the backlog. Communicate team plans, report impediments for
escalation, identify risks/concerns to relevant stakeholders to
help resolve.Monitor resource commitment and adjust sprint plans as
needed to ensure balanced workloads for resourcesFacilitate all
Agile ceremonies for the scrum team ensuring objectives are
metCollaborate with Client Product Owner/PM to prioritize the
team's sprint backlogIdentify, track, mitigate and communicate
risks/issues throughout the projectCommunicate with a variety of
stakeholders and sponsors using multiple channelsCreate weekly
status reports, including burndown and velocity chartsCreate
monthly billing artifacts and communicate all billing milestones to
the accounting department and program manager.Develop budget
estimates, monitor the actual costs vs. planned, deliver the
expected project objectives within the approved budget.Produce
financial reports, analyze variances and take corrective actions as
needed.Maintain current certifications and acquire new
certifications as neededOrganizational LeadershipAssist with
efforts in recruiting, training, and professional development
programsDirect and delegate tasks for Project Managers to enhance
the corporate operations and infrastructureDirectly manage and
mentor team/staff membersParticipate with enterprise-wide
initiatives (outside of project assigned tasks)What you must
have:3+ years of IT Project Management experienceUS Citizens only
per Federal Client requirementMust be able to obtain Public Trust
ClearanceWhat we'd like you to have: 5+ years of IT Project
Management experienceExperience with Salesforce and/or
ServiceNowCertified Scrum MasterProject Management Professional
(PMP)Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experienceExceptional
client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written
and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills
including attention to detail and multitasking skillsProven track
record of leading enterprise-scale, complex technology projects
successfully using Agile methodologyPrevious people leadership and
management skills, including direct experience leading, managing,
and mentoring teams of analysts and developersSuccessful track
record of delivering high-quality programs for the Federal
government on time and on budgetDemonstrated ability to manage the
details of projects in order to drive them to fruitionStrong
