  • Local Business Management (30%)
    • Gather shared host vendor knowledge, vet vendors for quality assurance; maintain vendor list
    • Source, interview, and on-board new Personal Hosts to your team
    • Oversee, mentor, and manage all hosts
    • Step in and work as a Personal Host to maintain active on-the-ground client relationships (Please also familiarize yourself with the Personal Host job description)
    • Staffing plan in coordination with Business Development team
    • Provide weekly reports to Business Development and CEO
    • Develop and maintain local vendor resource list
    • Lead ongoing operations projects for continuous improvement
      • Host Management (50%)
        • Assign relationship in scheduling system and manage client hand off to host
        • Match appropriate host with new clients
        • Maintain a team of up to 10+ active hosts and additional back-up hosts
        • Ensure quality assurance by monitoring host client ratings, record keeping, and reporting
        • Monitor service level agreements with partners and ensure targets are being exceeded
        • Conduct reviews with employed hosts and maintain HR records
        • Ensure timely calendar scheduling in order to maintain accuracy in host availability
        • Approve invoices & purchase orders (for non-client billable hours)
          • Client Services (20%)
            • Work as a Host with VIP and Pilot clients, as needed
            • Fill in for personal hosts, as needed
            • Attend meetings with corporate clients together with business developmentRequirements
              • Bachelor's Degree
              • Ideal candidates have 4-10+ years of experience in operations, project management, client management, or hospitality with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
              • High attention to detail and strong execution skills
