Locations: VA - Richmond, United States of America, Richmond, VirginiaTechnology Manager - Data & Reporting (Remote Eligible)EP2 Tech is seeking a Manager of Technology (Data & Reporting) who will work across the organization to integrate data repositories and create business reporting to provide insights to leadership. In this role, you will have an opportunity to combine expertise in data analysis, report development, and change management to identify and highlight ongoing business trends and opportunities to guide leadership decisions.Technology Managers have a high level of exposure across our lines of business and are regularly engaged for a variety of efforts to improve data availability, integrity, and visibility. This role will work closely with engineers and business leaders across domains including vulnerability management, enterprise initiatives, HR, staffing, agile delivery, finance, compliance, and data standards to fully understand the available back end data model and content then design, build and validate user friendly reports and visualizations for a variety of stakeholders. Daily responsibilities will include data analysis, report development, and change management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skill set to support deep level data analysis and report development, strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management, as well as a passion to understand the data and identify anomalies or trends relevant to business needs.General Responsibilities:

• Communicate progress and key risks and impediments with team and stakeholders
• Leverage relationships across stakeholder teams in a highly matrixed and distributed environment -
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team
• Resolve technical and requirement barriers to meet stakeholder requirements
• Develop reporting to visualize trends and highlight opportunities for improvement
• Analyze back end data systems to understand data availability, quality, and integration potentials
• Understand use cases for data to streamline operating processes and improve data integrity
• Become a subject matter expert in new data and reporting technologies
• Review and clarify stakeholder requirements to develop solutions

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years experience with reporting tools including Quicksight, Tableau, or Data Studio
  • 5 years experience in building SQL queries against Snowflake or other databases
  • 5 - years experience in data analysis using tools like Google Sheets (functions, graphs, etc)
  • 1 - years background in building Jira dashboards and JQL queries
  • 5 years experience in Management Consulting or Information Technology Project Management
  • 6 years of experience in the Software Development Life CyclePreferred Qualifications:
    • Master's Degree
    • 2+ years of agile leadership experience or certification (RTE, SM, PO)
    • 4+ years of experience collaborating with teams following an Agile methodology
    • 2+ years of testing experience, designing test plans and remediating bugs
