Retirement Unlimited, Inc., a premiere provider of Residential Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care is seeking an experiencedDirector Financial Planning & Analysis tojoin the team! The Director Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role is responsible for financial management and oversight of the Company's budget, forecasting and planning processes, including management of the annual budget development while collaborating with various levels of management across the organization. Responsibilities will also include preparation of proformas and analysis on new business opportunities and development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to be used in recurring operational reporting analysis.

• Manage annual financial budgeting process through design and rollout of community level budget templates and various consolidated reporting requirements, including consolidations by capital partner and region
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for the Company's ancillary signature programs.
• Prepare proforma models for new acquisitions and development opportunities.
• Develop and manage a financial forecasting process.
• Complete monthly community census reporting, reconciling to Sales reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop financial and operational KPIs to be used in daily decision making.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
