Sr. Manager, Product Management - Channels Platforms and Services

We are seeking a product manager owner to join the Card Platform & Services group supporting the Agent Servicing experience. You will be responsible for creating a vision for the platform that empowers our agents to act and solve our customer's problems with an intelligent consistent navigation via a single application, maintaining intelligent logic within the system so that all agents have the same information, and offering the ability to provide unique and proactive insights about the customer that can aid in servicing.
Just as important, you will also be responsible for creating a developer experience that fosters a community of collaboration, scalability, and reuse. This will involve strategic thinking about an internal platform at scale as well as pushing the envelope in our technology practices.

In this role you will:

• Apply discovery and research techniques to identify internal customer pain points
• Turn business opportunities into product outcomes, backed by data
• Break down business epics into features and further into user stories
• Write acceptance criteria and lead grooming efforts with the tech team
• Drive day-to-day prioritization of work, troubleshoot reported issues, and oversee releases
• Establish and maintain a high level of credibility with stakeholders
• Evaluate and explore new technical approaches to solve customer needs Successful candidates will have:
  • A high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems quickly, identify patterns and assess opportunities
  • Knowledge, passion and practical experience leading engineering teams in digital technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting and tailoring communications to multiple audiences
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas :
    • Human Centered
      
      • You'll lead sourcing and synthesis of customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs to drive the long term vision for your product
      • You'll turn these customer insights into actionable strategies that will define the priorities for your team and rally your stakeholders to your vision
        • Business Focused
          • You'll own and prioritize the long-term (12-18 months) product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that all the right resources are aligned to ensure that and your team will be successful
          • You'll define KPIs for your product and will be responsible for measuring and tracking to those measures, with an eye to adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictates
            • Technology Driven
              • You'll have an end-to-end understanding of your product and how it fits into the larger ecosystem to be able to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the business
              • You'll work closely with tech leadership and architecture to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions and how they impact the ultimately customer experience your team will deliver always looking to ensure you're using the best tool for the job

                  • You'll rally your teams and senior stakeholders to your product vision and proactively leverage relationships throughout the ecosystem to align to your vision and influence prioritization across partner teams

                      • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
                      • At least 5 years of experience in digital product management Preferred Qualifications:
                        • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
                        • MBA or Master's degree
                        • 7+ years of experience in Agile product management
