West Creek 4 (12074), United States of America, Richmond, VirginiaAsset Management Team Lead The Configuration Center / Asset Management site lead, Sr. Associate position for Capital One will work in a fast paced environment delivering hardware to multiple divisions. This is an opportunity based on site at our McLean, VA location, where excellent attention to detail and time management are the highest priorities. The main focus of the role is leading a team of technical staff to meet user expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and work well across multiple lines of business. Strong communication both verbal and written is a must. Responsibilities:

• Daily focus on delivery deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Asset Management responsibilities to include:
• Ability to lift/carry 30+ lbs.
• Ability to self-start
• Unboxing/re-boxing of hardware
• Imaging and working at a workbench
• Prepare laptop/desktops for imaging (PXE or USB booting)
• Inventory control/audits Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in team lead tech support or team lead in warehouse setting
  • At least 1 year of experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools (ServiceNow) Preferred Qualifications:
    • Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or military experience
    • 1+ years of SCCM experience
    • 2+ years of Windows Operating System experience
    • 1+ years of experience with Active Directory services
    • 1+ years of experience with virtualization technologies
    • 1+ years of macOS experience
    • Windows certification(s)
