Koger Center Blvd, Richmond,VA is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager.
- This beautiful property features 237 spacious guest rooms and
suites with 26,000 square ft. of meeting and banquet space, The
Midlo Bistro, and Atrium Bar. The property caters to
convention/conference business. - -
We are owned and managed by Shamin Hotels, a dynamic,
growth-oriented hotel company that owns, operates, and develops
commercial business hotels under the Hilton, Marriott and
InterContinental Hotel Group flags. With more than 8500 rooms in
over 65 properties open and under development across 5 -states,
Shamin Hotels is recognized as and one of the top hotel
owner/operators in the region and country.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for effectively soliciting
and becoming familiar with all accounts. - - He/she is responsible
for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to
positively impact the hotel's top line room and event revenues
based on goals assigned to the hotel. - - This job requires outside
sales calls.

We offer a competitive salary, starting at $50,000-$60,000 and

Education & Experience: -
- - - - - - - - - High school diploma or GED certification
required.
- - - - - - - - - Bachelor's Degree and/or extensive experience in
a hotel or related field required.
- - - - - - - - - Previous Sales experience required.
- - - - - - - - - Experience with the Hilton brand preferred. -
- - - - - - - - - Strong financial knowledge required.
- - - - - - - - - Valid driver's license from the appropriate
state.
- - - - - - - - - Driving record approved by insurance carrier
guidelines. -
- - - - - - - - - Must be able to work with and understand
financial information and data, and possess basic mathematical
skills
- - Reading, Writing, Basic Math
