VirginiaEnterprise Consumer Products Risk ManagerAs a Risk Manager
on the Capital One Enterprise Consumer Products (ECP) Risk Team,
this role will apply leadership and analytical skills to some of
our highest profile Risk Management projects. The Risk Manager will
act as a thought leader across the enterprise to develop and
implement cutting edge risk solutions to ensure Capital One's
continued stability and success. -ECP manages and develops some of
the most cutting edge products and platforms in the financial
industry like EASE, Capital One's online banking web and mobile
(iOS and Android) app. In this role you will work closely with ECP
and Enterprise Services Risk leadership to support the delivery of
new digital initiatives and development of governance around
existing platforms. The Manager of ECP Risk will help enable teams
to deliver innovative products and services to our internal and
external customers in a well-managed way. -Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Senior Manager of ECP risk and the ECP Product
and Tech teams to deliver innovative solutions and governance for
EASE within ECP and across LOB stakeholders
- Partner with the Senior Manager of ECP risk in the development
and execution of the ECP risk office vision and deliver on
enterprise and team objectives
- Develop and help to deliver senior level risk management
reporting and communications
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and
leaders across multiple organizations to achieve strategic
objectives -
- Coordinate program-related activities and deliverables to
ensure effective collaboration within the team and across
stakeholder groups
- Continuously look for ways to improve and innovate in our
approach to risk management.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree
or Military Experience- At least 3 years of experience in Risk
Process or Project ManagementPreferred Qualifications:- 5 + years
of experience in the financial services industry- 5+ years of
experience as a Project or Process Manager- Business Process
Management Certification, Six Sigma Lean, Green Belt or Black Belt
Certification, Agile Coach Certification, or Compliance
Certification (CRCM)At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a

minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are
listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information
is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these
locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay
at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be
prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly
worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $160,200 - $182,800 for
Manager, Cyber Risk & AnalysisCandidates hired to work in other
locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that
location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any
candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the
candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn
performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash
bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be
discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.Capital
