Job Details for Treasury Account Managers:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Pay: $52,000 - 72,000 (based on experience)
• Location: Toano, VA Job Description for Treasury Account Managers:
  • Serve as the liaison among Treasury Solutions Consultants, Deposit Operations, and Relationship Managers to manage service implementations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales activities by assisting with client presentations, RFPs, documentation processing, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for designated clients, managing implementation and changes to treasury services.
  • Provide client education and training on treasury products such as online banking, ACH, wires, remote deposit, and fraud protection.
  • Resolve client service issues, billing inquiries, and escalate advanced technical problems including file formatting and system errors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance, manage risk, and ensure ongoing support for Treasury clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as audits, billing, customer reviews, and contribute to system upgrades and integrations. Job Requirements for Treasury Account Managers:
    • High School diploma or equivalent required;
      • Associate's degree strongly preferred.
      • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline desired.
      • Professional designation in treasury management, such as CTP and/or AAP desired
      • 3-5 years of previous banking experience is required.
      • 2-5 years of cash management experience is required.
      • 3-5 years of proven client management experience is required.
