This and other physician jobs brought to you by DocCafe.com We are hiring both experienced Pulmonary Critical Care Physicians at our practice near Beautiful Richmond, Virginia!This is a rare opportunity to work exclusively in a hospital ICU while working for a private practice. Very little hospital politics involved. There might be a possibility of taking on ICU directorship for additional pay. APP's on staff in the ICU for the intensivists to utilize.We are offering either a long term contract part or full time or a permanent position! We are also offering flexible scheduling.The candidate will be performing ICU (medical and surgical) care in the hospital. The shifts are 12 hour shifts, days are 7am-7pm or night 7pm-7am with some flex scheduling depending upon the candidates availability!The candidate will not do any on-call ! Schedule regarding weekends would be depending on which days or night shifts are open to be filled. Patient load is totally dependent on patient census in the hospital. Nighttime shifts include both the medical and surgical ICU patient care. Anywhere from 7-20 patients. Rarely, are there a full patient load. You would be working at only one hospital ICU.Salary depends upon experience for perm candidates and if you work extra shifts than will be compensated for extra shifts!Comprehensive Benefits for family health and dental insurance, malpractice and tail coverage if leaves employment.
