SIGN ON BONUS-for a 3 year commitment About the Program: The StaRN (Specialty Training Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses) program is a PAID Nurse Residency. Program featuring didactic and clinical training. It allows new graduates to transition from the classroom to the acute care setting. The program is 1 year. Nurse Residency Program Part 1: Training 10-12 weeks

• --- Didactic training: introduces core curriculum and hospital initiatives
• --- Simulation training: reinforces nursing skills learned in the didactic setting
