Company OverviewThe Hope Unity and Freedom Center is a diverse team of professionals providing psychosocial day support to male and female adults with a primary mental health diagnosis, dual diagnosis, and/or a coexisting disorder. -Our work helps to decrease psychiatric hospitalization and provide stabilization of individuals with less intervention in the community. By providing daily routine and structure in a safe environment, each individual is able to achieve their best and improve their quality of life.Position SummaryAs a Clinical Supervisor with the Hope, Unity and Freedom (H.U.F.) Center, you are provided the opportunity to make a difference in the daily functioning of adults in need. - Clinical Supervisors assist in the admission process for each of our clients, interviewing, assessing and creating the Individualized Services Plans for each client that seeks the services of the HUF Center. - Clinical Supervisors are the ultimate resource to make sure all documentation is completed and inputted appropriately and are part of the clinical supervision team for all of our clinicians at each site. -Our Clinical Supervisors use their skillsets and clinical expertise to improve the lives of those we service while assisting in the professional growth of our clinicians. -Role Qualifications:

• Graduated with a master's degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Social Work, or a related field.
• Must currently possess a state approved license (LMHP), i.e. LPC, LCSW.
• Must be able to complete and pass: a CPR/First Aid certification; Handle with Care physical intervention training; annual tuberculosis (TB) screening test; and clear a criminal background and central registry check.
• Must have a valid Virginia Driver's License.
• Strong and assertive personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Supervisory experience would be preferred.Position Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial interviews for all potential admissions.
  • Facilitate assessments to ascertain service suitability.
  • Facilitate all facets of the admissions process to Psychosocial Rehabilitation, including obtaining all required documentation.
  • Create Individualized Service Plans for all clients on caseload.
  • Communicate and process the client file to all relevant staff, including Program Managers and Case Managers.
  • Complete Prior Authorization and Continued Stay Requests for each client to the appropriate Managed Care Organization (MCO).
  • Supervise all staff and volunteers seeking licensure or certification.
  • Provide clinical supervision to all clinicians, ensuring all documentation is clinically appropriate, completed in a timely manner, signed, and filed to maintain chart compliance.
  • Observe and provide suggestions regarding clinical interventions for clinicians.
  • Responsible for duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services or the Executive Director.Benefits and Perks:
