Your responsibilities will include:1. Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.2. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.3. Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.2. Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker.3. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in social work, preferably in a medical setting.4. Proven experience in social work management and case management.5. Proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written, is preferred.6.
