  • Ability to handle a fast paced unit with several admissions, discharges, transfers, procedures, etc.
    • Schedule Information
    • Day Shift - 1 Charge RN, 6 RN's, 1 Unit Secretary, 2-3 Techs
    • Night Shift - 1 Charge RN, 6 RN's, 1 tech
    • Patient Ratios - 4:1
    • Weekends and On call: Every 3rd Friday and Sat 7p-7a plus and additional Friday or Sat (7p-7a) each schedule. Will need help with Halloween, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas night.

      • EMR - Meditech
      • Typical procedures performed on unit(s): PD, EKG's, Most cardiac procedures are done in the Cath Lab - not on the unit

      • Floating Area(s): Med Surg- low probability of floating
