Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care to patients in a LTAC setting, collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans and educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a LTAC setting.

• Monitor patients' progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
