  EXPERIENCE
  Preferred -experience as a Medical Technologist/ Medical Lab Scientist
  EDUCATION
  Required -Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology, Biological, Chemical or Physical Science. Nursing Degree will be considered with the required CLIA acceptable courses.
  Preferred -Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Science
  
  CERTIFICATION
  Required-Successful completion of registry within 12 months of hire for anyone with a hire date of or after 1.1.2005. Continuing education to maintain registry/licensure as required. AMT and ASCP accepted.
  Acceptable - Registry/Licensure in a specialty area will be considered.
  Preferred-ASCP/ AMT/NCA/HEW. Continuing education to maintain registry/licensure as required. has provided quality healthcare services to the Richmond community since 1974.
