Job Description:
The Department of Float Pool SVH is hiring a full-time Night
Staff RN (0.6 FTE or more) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Provides
clinical nursing care using the nursing process, assessing,
planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. Collaborates
with healthcare team, administers medications/IVs, and documents
care accurately. Ensures patient safety, maintains a clean
environment, and follows policies. Communicates effectively with
patients, families, and staff, demonstrating empathy and
professionalism. Supports team functions, participates in quality
improvement, and adapts to changing workloads. Requires RN license,
BLS, and preferably recent acute care experience; ACLS and NIHSS
certifications are also preferred. Must be capable of physical
activities such as lifting over 50 pounds and standing for long
