Physical Therapist Assistant Role $1,670-$1,770 per week
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Skilled Nursing Facility
Contract | Full-Time | Day Shifts We're looking for a licensed
Physical Therapist Assistant to support therapy services at a
Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a great opportunity for a PTA who
values patient-centered care and wants to work alongside a
collaborative rehab team. Responsibilities: - Provide therapy
services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical
Therapist - Help residents improve mobility, strength, and
independence - Assist in executing individualized care plans -
Accurately document treatments and resident progress - Communicate
effectively with the rehab team and facility staff Qualifications:
- Current state PTA license - Experience in a SNF or long-term care
setting preferred - Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for
working with older adults - Reliable, professional, and flexible
