Job Description HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Annandale, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/28/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Location: 7010 Little River Turnpike, Suite 400, Annandale, VA 22003 Service Area: Loudoun County area (must be willing to travel up to 50 miles from home base) Facility: Virginia Healthcare Services – Annandale Home Base Job Details - Start Date: July 28, 2025, or sooner (allow 2 weeks for compliance) - Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday - Schedule: 5x8-Hour Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) - Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week - Patient Load: 4–6 patients/day - Weekly Points: 25–30 points/week (visit-based point system) - Type of Cases: Home Health, wound care, medication administration, etc. - Work Environment: Patients are seen in their personal residences Requirements - Experience: - Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience - Minimum 2 years of total clinical experience - First-time travelers not accepted - Certifications: - Active RN license (Virginia or compact – must be in hand at time of submission) - BLS certification - OASIS Experience: Required (RN only) - Charting System: Kinnser (WellSky) - Dress Code: Scrubs – any color Additional Information - On-call: Must be open to occasional on-call rotations (to be discussed during interview) - Weekend Requirement: Varies; to be discussed during interview - Mileage Reimbursement: IRS standard rate (does not include commute to first patient or return home) - Local Candidates: Accepted (must reside within 50 miles) - Pending License: Not accepted – active license required at time of submission - RTO Policy: - All time-off requests must be submitted with application - No additional RTO will be approved after offer - Cannot request off for every holiday - Call-outs: Must provide more than 24 hours’ notice for any absences About HonorVet Technologies HonorVet Technologies: Pioneering Purpose, Empowering Heroes Founded in 2015, HonorVet Technologies stands as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), proudly certified by NaVOBA and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
