TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Washington, Washington DC, 20037! Pay Information $2,445 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: Cardiac Telemetry experience required Description: Urgent start date needed. Candidates must be able to start within 7 days of offer. 3 nights shifts per week in a cardiac stepdown/progressive care unit. Expedited onboarding has been approved. Travelers will need to provide compliance items to start. Frequent IV drips include Heparin, Milrinone, Lasix, and Bumex. Common diagnoses include CHF, NSTEMI, arrhythmias, and vascular surgery. Graduates of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program are required. A BSN is highly desired. Cerner experience is required. A 48-bed cardiac telemetry unit includes 4 pulmonary care beds and 10 cardiac surgery beds.
