description Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our dynamic team in
Central Virginia. We specialize in helping children with special

SLP, you'll provide a blend of early intervention, school-based,
and clinic-based services to a diverse population of children. If

You’ll Do: Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized
assessment tools Develop individualized IFSP, IEP, and clinic goals
Implement evidence-based, age-appropriate treatment plans Provide
ongoing documentation and progress updates to families, school
teams, and early intervention staff Collaborate closely with a
multidisciplinary team of therapists Deliver therapy in a variety
of settings: clinic, home, and school Make a lasting difference in
children’s lives through creativity, patience, and play What We’re
Looking For: Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Licensed (or
eligible) to practice in Virginia Strong foundation in
communication, phonological, and oral-motor disorders
Compassionate, playful, and motivated personality Excellent
documentation and communication skills Ability to thrive in

Monday to Friday Work Location: In person ACI Health, a Fairfax,
VA–based, Joint Commission–accredited staffing and consulting
partner, deploys travel, contract, and permanent RNs, LPNs, and
allied clinicians nationwide, supported by robust credentialing and
MSP services. Nurses gain flexible assignments, prompt pay, and
