Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/05/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Tele Job Details: • Must start on 1/5 • Work on a 23-bed telemetry unit (2SB) with 28 total staff members • Patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6 • Day shift includes 1 Charge Nurse, 3-4 RNs, 1-3 PCTs, and 1 Unit Secretary • Night shift includes 1 Charge Nurse, 3-4 RNs, and 1-3 PCTs • Work with telemetry equipment and electronic medical records (EMR) • Perform typical procedures including line placements and dialysis • Float to Med/Surg and PCU units if experienced • Work every other weekend • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • Must have telemetry experience • Strong cardiac background and SD/PCU experience preferred • Team player personality essential • Dress code: All black scrubs or black pants with red top for RNs Facility: This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with a focus on cardiac and telemetry care.
